This is what believe to be true:
1 it's not one person, but a team.
2 satoshi is alive today.

What I'm uncertain about but maybe true:
3  satoshi developers were not  famous developers that have online identity, if this is true, then it's not possible for anyone to guess exactly who. 

 
Has someone found some clues by analyizing all of satoshi's online messages? This won't be a short read tho.
