In recent time a have a problem like that my sleeping rate in increasing day by day but unfortunately but work rate become down and become decrease and decrease.
What step I should need to equal both sleeping and working rates???
You need to find a motivation to work and know the reason why your sleep time is increasing.
The normal sleep hours for adult are around 6-9 hours and we have 24 hours a day I don't know why you want to stay asleep for 12 hours per day.
Try to lessen your sleep time because base on my experience the more I sleep the more tired and sleepy I get so it would really consume most of my time back then.
