Reminds me of the central park rape problem.   Two men work as a team, one rapes the woman in the bush while the other pretends to be calling 9-1-1 if anyone comes by. 

What have you done to stop me from hurting myself?   Have you let anyone know you were just "kidding" about raping children?  Pretending you didn't do anything wrong is not helping me with stress.
