I don't think the high fees for withdrawing BTC is a stake-only issue per se. I mean, it's no longer news that BTC network fees has been on the high side for a while now. Considering the withdrawal fees I've seen on other casinos and sports betting platforms, stake's fees are decent. Crypto Exchanges charge a flat $20+ as fees even my non-custodial wallet app takes between $14 - $19.  There's an alternative too. You could use dinabot (thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5106586.0) to do a coinswitch to TRX and then withdraw with 5% fee for the service.

Don't forget it's a general problem not just for stake users.
