I don't think it is a scam.  I too am now seeing serious issues with withdraw processing.  So yes that is a PROBLEM.
My guess is that work overload is the key factor.  Shit needs to be squared up. 

Let's not destroy Unnamed and toss the baby here.  If the withdraw queue is fixed then this exchange is saved, and we don't destroy it with SCAM cancel culture talk.
