Same here Mate , I have not receive either before then after i Played and Loss all my funds , in Lunch time there comes an Email again indicating my Free spins meaning i have 2 spins in Morning and in afternoon that covers the Missing one .
There might be Some Bug in the site that they have fixed in the following day so the missing spin has been paid off after playing Hi-Lo .
