In recent time a have a problem like that my sleeping rate in increasing day by day but unfortunately but work rate become down and become decrease and decrease.
What step I should need to equal both sleeping and working rates???
If we have an 8 hours job per day we should be trying to sleep 8 hours aswell, if that is not possible we need to make sure we have atleast a minium of 7 hours. Without proper sleep it will be hard to keep performing well at work. My best tip to get ready for sleep is no more watching TV or playing on the phone, I only listen to a bit light music or just read something. Then I am sleeping the best.
