I guess not everyone got the email.

In the beginning, playing on stake, I make some mistake register 2 accounts so I have not used one of my accounts and become a dummy account. The email fee was sent to the unused accounts, I guess this email was targeting a user who not playing for a long time or the activity was really low so hoping they are coming back again on Stake.

If you really active on Stake, I think you will not receive this email because I really active on my main account and guess what not receive a email fee.
