I think here at BTT nobody is particularly interested in gambling in which cryptocurrencies are not used.  Therefore, I think it doesn't make much sense to supplement the list with bookmakers that do not accept cryptocurrency.  In addition, after all, working with a list requires quite a lot of labor, and adding even a large number of rows to the table and checking the data of these new offices will lead to unnecessary labor costs.
For example, I didn't understand if Fairlay.com works with cryptocurrency.  In the table is just a dash.
But in general, the table is good, I use it and thank OP for the initiative.
Thanks for your feedback. I have updated Fairlay's info. I was initially planing to remove it from the list since they do not have any presence on Bitcointalk at the moment but, since people wanted me to not remove sportsbook from the list instead just mention if they are active or inactive. I have contacted them via twitter and got information needed to fill in the spaces will also ask them if they intend to get back to bitcointalk or not and update that category as well.

Yes, I am solo working on the list. I was looking for a list on bitcointalk for sportsbooks(found one on eSports and I have mentioned it at the bottom in OP). So, I took it up as my weekend project. Thought it would be useful for crypto enthusiasts. Especially those nitty gritty fine print roll over information for new depositors as well as min. deposit and withdrawals. Which arent easily available unless you register into the sportsbook

Should I expand the list to add crypto sportsbooks that arent on bitcointalk??

As long as the sportsbook accepts cryptocurrency as the payment method, I think it is fine to add them to the list.
It would be even better if you can do a deeper research first for the sportsbook, to check whether the sportsbook is reliable enough or not.

Yeah, I wanted to keep the list only for bitcointalk present sportsbook because there is a clear cut direction for it. If I add more sportsbooks, there is a potential of whatabout-ism to kick off. Like, lets say I add a sportsbook that is fairly popular. Somebody will notice it and say "if you have added this sportsbook, what about this other sportsbook?" It might just turn into a long chain haha. Also the fact that I have to contact them for information that isnt easy to access without registering to every sportsbook. will be a strenuous task but I'll do my best.

regarding the "I was here for casinos list, disappointed." on the poll. you could create another list consisting of casinos in case someone is looking for a list it would take some work but if you are up to it I'd recommend doing it since the previous one is not updated anymore(at least as far as I know). also, I agree that you should only add the popular ones to avoid potential scam sportsbooks.

I had just added the last 2 options for fun. There is no way I can fit all the casinos in a single list(on bitcointalk). I'm sure there are over 100 casinos/gambling websites in cryptosphere. I would have to dedicate a website just for that. I'm sure there are dedicated websites just for that. I am interested in sportsbooks and i'm sure there are others like me who rarely dabble with casinos and strictly visit Sportsbooks only. I have made this list with that in mind.
