5-10 years from now, cars would be electric IMO.
Yes because that is the only option for those car manufacturers to survive since the oil resources are exhausting which may no longer exists at the end of next two decades.
And the trend is with Tesla cars that are electric.

Most of the car manufacturers have to adopt the new trend and they need to cope up with modern technology with cars.
Almost every car companies started to manufacture their own electric cars and more futuristic cars but Tesla is more ahead of them since the journey of tesla began too early compared to others.
Yup.

So far, nothing can beat Tesla as it is at its prime. But we'll never know if the known car manufacturers can be at par with Tesla's set of cars.

But it's very near that we'll see many electric cars in the streets although diesel engines, I think they'll take time to phase out.

Not very many can afford a Tesla car. That's why these car manufacturers are also making their own version, which some are already available and more affordable in the market. I, for one, is also looking forward to buy one in the near future. Right now, I can't afford yet. But that's one of my goals and also, to have my own charging station at home. We need to be self-sufficient somehow while helping the environment.
