Before asking those question better to give your reason why not Binance and Bittrex? you must have a good explanation denying this Best and famous exchange in crypto world.
Majority of the user of crypto are trading in these 2 so what's your problem with this 2?

Maybe he already have an accoun there and seeking for best alternatives and before bittrex is famous before but with the current restriction there many shift to use binance,Okex and Kucoin but since OP is done with binance then the two I mention is best option here since they are trusted exchange with good volume.
