Finally I couldn't fix this problem.
I've tried with Windows and HiveOS, PhoenixMiner 5.5c, TRexMiner and NBminer, upgrading drivers or downgrading.

But nothing worked  .

I think this card is troubled for mining, can't infer why.
So, I'm giving it back to the seller or selling it just for gaming.
