They provided one number initially, and then added another number for English speakers, AFAIU. Then they apparently deleted the EN number from their announcement. Could the number you're trying to call be the EN one?

For English-speaking customers, supposedly. Didn't matter in the end, as the Japanese ladies ALL had quite broken english, lol...
