We can all talk about that being rich doesn't mean having lot of money on account etc, but being rich is to be pecafull, happy and fulfilled. But that's just a excuse for people that are not rich . Of course being rich means having money or property. That's how world works. For me it is when you can work a little bit, not much, and still having more money than average people, or middle class population. So it varies from country to country. So term rich to me means that you are a little bit above average person in society you live.
