I agree. In retrospect, we'd be realizing our gains if the returns are doubled at least. Never seen anything that reached such high figures so the ones becoming self-made millionaire or billionaires are usually those that either almost forgot their stash existed or couldn't recover the keys to theirs prior.
But I think this will be just lost for those bitcoin investors, the big number that we are all looking for is $100,000. And for those who sold early? You can't blame them, again during it's early years, only a handful believed in this nascent technology, cyberpunks, bitcoin developers. Others bought and make a good profit of $1000 and think that it is good enough.
