When I first saw this thread, I thought that the seller has mastered himself to get that much low CPC, CPV, or CPM rate at an ad network which is at least somewhat well known. But it was silly to think that way, because a well-known ad network wouldn't give you that much low rate, ever.
Anyway, the seller introduced 8 ad networks (7 in main section of ebook + 1 in upsell section) in the method and said that this is a kind of underground traffic sources that very few people know about. Also, he mentioned the same thing in this thread "A traffic source which is very very cheap and can only be found from referrals." I mean the ad networks are not popular.
Out of 8 ad networks, there is one that offered a $10 free credit to test the platform/traffic but I couldn't test as I didn't receive $10 because most probably I have to ask for this free $10 credit via Skype and I don't use Skype. The seller also mentioned all the account manager's skype IDs in the method. A buyer may get up to 1 million traffic by this free $10 to test the water according to the method.
As the seller claimed "No bots, no scripts, no traffic exchange, no proxies, no data centers", it is not possible to confirm his claim because traffic is a tricky thing and there is no way to differentiate real & bot traffic unless you get some sales/conversion from the campaign. A million traffic should bring some sales/conversions IMO if the traffic is real, otherwise, it's definitely bot traffic or mixed.
The seller says it's a goldmine, I would have agreed if I could have tested and got some sales/conversion. Unfortunately, I couldn't able to test as I mentioned above.
If you have bought and later got some sales/conversions with this traffic method then I'd say it is really a goldmine and even a price of 1000$ would be less for this method.
If it works then not only you will be able to do Affiliate marketing, CPA marketing, you will also be able to sell on Fiverr. Also, you may build your own traffic agency if you know how to do it.
I tried to explain as much deep as possible without revealing the method, rest on the buyers. The seller has a good response rate, so ask any question before buying and clear things up.
Anyway, use ESCROW Service, both buyers and the seller.
