I have NO idea why everyones so stuck on binance.. either gemini or cex.io are better in most every way 
Because of users' experience. Binance almost meets the perfect criteria of exchange. You don't need to say that everyone is stuck on Binance.
If your experience in Gemini or Cex.io is way better then I think you can research on your own about the exchange you are looking for.
