I made a test purchase here. It was fast and easy. To me the fees are too high. For example if I wanted to buy $200 of BTC they charge $254 USD. Under FAQ they state the fees are 5-15% but in reality it was 27%.
Is there any fixed minimum fee? If yes, still the fees is too high because the fee of 54$ for 200$ is not a small fee for a transaction. It is about 27% fee, fee should be decreased.
