You must first see what tokens you are holding.  if you hold BTC ETH BNB and other good coins then you have to be patient and will get the maximum profit.  but if you hold coins that are not clear, it is likely that they will become a scam coin and die .. before buying coins, first learn about these coins, don't just buy.
