Now i make new wallet on other application wallet then i copy their address for test and i use it on tronnlink but its still show insufficient trx balance

Oh god, did you see your tron balance? it says 0 and that means you have no trx that can be used to pay the fees. Go to the exchange site and you can buy at least a few tron but according from your picture if the recommended transaction fees should be around 11 tron.
You wanna send USDT trc20 but if you didn't have tron in your wallet and you will never able to send it.
You can ask your friend to send around 10 tron to your wallet and you will be able sending it to the exchange site to sell your USDT.
