There used to be a lot of people staying up late, skipping breakfast, often eating junk food, drinking instant coffee and drinking beverages. Later, after two years of poor health, they often went to the hospital for two years, but they changed it. As for human beings, the body is the most important thing, and you must not cherish your youth.
