The fees are + 0.0007 BTC (100.1 sat / vB) (around 25 €)

Can someone help me and find out where the problem is coming from.

Typically, the reason for transactions remaining unconfirmed are that the sender paid a low fee or the sender sent unconfirmed coins that were sent with a low fee.
In both of these cases, the fees are ok, but the sender sent unconfirmed coins. Your transactions are waiting for prior transactions.

Hopefully, you can contact the sender and ask them to fix the situation using RBF or CPFP.
