Like I said, you need some TRX in your address from the transaction to go through. Right now you have a balance of 0 TRX.
It is same as when people need to have a small amount of ETH to pay transaction fees for their ERC-20 token transactions. You can not move your ERC-20 tokens anywhere even you see them in your wallet but your wallet does not have any ETH amount.
Transaction fee on TRON network is very cheap so you won't have to be challenged with required TRX to make your TRC-20 token transactions.
