. For anyone who wanted to take the risk they can invest in it but i doubt we will see any huge rally when there is a lawsuit against them as you cannot expect huge institutional investors taking huge risks.His statement is either simply wrong or he has no idea what he is writing about.
When it comes to the SEC case, if XRP does win, the price may actually go up a lot, but investing now is like playing the lottery, so it's more gambling than investing.
I think investing in XRP for now is very risky, just like we are gambling at a casino table. we better wait until the problem with the SEC ends. when it will end, then we will invest in XRP. but the problem is, when will that time come ?! maybe someone knows?
