It's because we are not yet in the bear market, we are still very bullish with some minor correction along the way. Just look at some of the top alt coins right now, they have surpasses their previous all time high already.

But I do agree that it is confusing to look at the market, because obviously, it is very volatile and no one can predict the movement.  But personally, the market remains bullish, just trading sideways and then later on we will have a break out run again.
