Thing is, since I tagged on December 23rd and said that I will be review your case, you basically went offline and made one or two posts, so I can't really say whether you changed your ways or have you learned anything from the previous mistake.
Now when I looked at your post history, you were unusually active in the threads that have been heavily shilled by sock puppet accounts. How do you explain that coincidence and do you have any connections to them?
That shouldn't discount the fact that you have to remove the tag, the reason that s/he might have went offline is because s/he was waiting for you to remove the tag. You didn't say anything about @micle00 that s/he should be posting in the forum despite the negative trusts. You said that you will put a neutral tag and I think that it will be enough for many people to keep an eye out for @micle00.
