It is better if you choose them both because eth and btc really have potential and I can say longterm because it has many benefits for people especially in companies that accept bitcoin payment for products even in malls so there are many big people or rich people who are interested in buying and storing because of the future of bitcoin so I would prefer them both to buy because it has a future.

I may be the opposite of you. for the future of the two coins, I already believe in it. but I still think all of them are investment assets that I can sell at any time when I get a profit. I haven't felt the use of crypto for my daily activities other than trading and investing.
