It is a good decision if he still holds the Ethereum he bought till the current year. We know that he bought the Ethereum in 2018, I hope he still didn't do cutloss and sold the Ethereum in 2019. But If he already sold the Ethereum in 2019, I am not really sure if it is a good choice. So, it should depend on what he already did for his Ethereum.
