Personally, i believe admin sold all the DOGE and is waiting price to drop so he can buy it back and send it to users. Keeping the profits ofcourse. 

Just look at the official exchange Twitter. English is..... well, of same quality as exchange. Completely unrelated to anything at all. Complete nonsense. 

Long story short, terrible exchange. One of the worst i've been using.
