is there any help to the community regarding the swap?!

i bought XDCE in 2019 on an exchange and hold it there until a week ago..
then i transfered the coins to AlphaEx, did the 1:1 swap and can´t withdraw now because of "Proof where i bought it", the transaction hash.
how to obtain that proof or TX hash? the exchange where i bought (p2pb2b) provides only date, amount, price in my trading history..
and ETH explorer etc. is not helping, don´t know how to find the old transaction (the buying) there.
