Those newbie accounts with only 1 post telling that they've followed instructions and probably have sent their documents, don't trust them. Livecoin is no longer reachable and everything you sent to them is going to put you at risk.

And if they're going to put a refund, why only 50%? LOL.

If someone thinks he can pursue his remaining balance on this exchange, don't put any hope into it. There's no proof with those claims that they've received funds. Just as reminded, don't send them your documents.
