It looks like it. The Aneggeers profile also "woke up" in the same period as the other profiles.

Some of them are banned, If they all belong to the same user then all of them should be banned for ban-evasion!

I agree that they should be banned in cases of ban-evasion, but we do need strong and compelling evidence that the accounts are related.
