You can save a template for indicators you use in a set. Indicator Templates With a Saved Symbol

If you don't save any template, when you open your trading view with a register account again, it will automatically give you price chart with same indicators you used in the last (previous) session.

If you saved templates, you can switch between them for your chart, from template1 to template10. You can name your templates.
