You overclock the memory clock too much 
, careful mate you can end up killing that memory, anything over 2150 Mclock on a rx580 is overkill for the GPU memory, restart your miner if its still the same you will need to restart your PC and go to lower Mclock

Ultimately depends if you have decent samsung or shitty hyinx memory in the card.
