1. Just because some scam project used bumping services, it doesn't mean that trustworthy project can't use same services as well. It's the same if you claimed that law abiding citizens cannot buy hand guns, because criminals use them too.
I can't imagine why trustworthy project would like to have a bunch of newbie accounts shilling and writing nonsense like "great project" or "kyz project will make x100"as that's how ANN thread bumping usually looks like, especially since those same newbie accounts are usually shilling scam projects at the same time. I have yet to find thread bumping group that didn't promote scam at one point. And when I say scam, I mean an obvious scam like ponzi schemes or projects with fake team members.
2. People buy accounts, because it's almost impossible to get enough merit as a newbie. Old members like you never give merit to new members. Some buy old accounts to run the signature campaign, which you mentioned as alternative to bumping service. Everyone knows that as a newbie the things you can do on this forum are very limited, so that's the reason why people buy old accounts.
Almost impossible to get merit as a newbie? Another misconception. Sure, it takes some effort, but if you are active, helpful and don't write nonsense you will eventually rank up. So did I and many others before and after me. If anything, there is a lack of quality newbie members on the forum.
It looks like you have no better things to do.
There are actual criminals in crypto space who have stole money form other people. I suggest you to focus on them.
But instead you waste your time discussing a person who only does things that against your own moral code.
Seems to me like you are the one who doesn't have better things to do than activate alt account in order to defend your main account.
