On Feb 19th I was told I would be able to withdraw my deposits. The same day I requested the return of my deposits by email.
Since then I have contacted live support and sent a follow up email yesterday again requesting the return of the deposits. However I haven't received a reply to my emails or the return of the deposits.
We should give roonlagoon the possibility to explain what happened, I am also very curious what happened to be honest.
I can not take the answer from betnomi to serious.
Betnomi talks a lot, but if it is really true that they put a passport from a customer online, how can this be justified?
Betnomi is talking about "fraud", but I think Betnomi in fact is the one who frauded with this action.
