The fees in eth are really high $30 per transaction and another fees for a refund that will be deducted also from us, why not use the existing technology in order to reduce the fees needed for example you can create another ANGEL token in BSC chain and take a snapshot to old token holders in eth and airdrop the new token in BSC chain its really possible since we can also open our eth wallet in bsc chain after we received the new token in bsc network we can now send it to address for a refund and vice versa using bsc chain with smaller fees.
