I could care less that my withdraw got stuck. The lack of information or even a frigging automated response to tickets to let us know what's going on is what passes me and many off.

I've lost coin on exchanges that go belly up and its what happens.

But how this exchange is responding. Is bs.
Release some damned updates. Have someone other than a mod comment in the damn discord.

Server issues is not why this exchange is quickly falling in my eyes. Your lack of support or updates is.
