Only on local testnet, it will be deployed on public testnet, once the web-miner is finished.
So have you finished the testing?
Ropsten Testnet Web Miner:
https://endur.io/miner. You need:
+ A Private Key (don't use keys with any valuable coin/token)
+ Some test coins: BTC-TEST and Ropsten ETH. (You can search for their public faucets and get them for free)
+ 3rd party API keys: Infura, BlockCypher, Tatum.io. (You can register and get them for free, they're all well-known crypto API services)
The miner is fully automatic (on PC browsers) now. Leaving a Chrome tab open with Auto Mining enabled will earn you Ropsten END constantly.
Mobile browsers are not fully automatic yet, you need to open and view the browser tab every 10 mins to keep it mining.
The contracts are verified and published in Ropsten at 4 addresses:
