Like in the years 2015 - 2016 there is needed people, who sell part of their XEMs. Otherwise the nembers' group will not grow.
If someone is seeing any risk of returning to those 5 cent levels, then likely he or she will sell - at least some XEMs
XEM's value will be = XYM_value * 0.95 (because 1 XEM will "produce" 1 XYM. There is a little risk in opt-in process and therefore the factor is not 1.000)
That is XEM's value just before the snapshot.
After the snapshot XEM and XYM are not so tied together, but how will XEM's value progress ...
