https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/dogecoin/I personally have no observations that there is any difference between the major exchanges, so it may not matter which one you choose. Just check the conditions against your country and currency and where it will be more convenient for you to trade.

For example, I have never heard about VCC exchange, and it's in second position, lol. What the hell is Thodex?
I would also advise OP to avoid HitBTC, it's a scam exchange with very high withdrawal fees too.
