What did you ask them and what was their reply? Did they apologise for the 2 month delay in getting back to you?
Today I finally got response from claim portal. I lost hope after 2 months but it seems that they really respond to the tickets.
I locked the access to the link that I got in email by entering wrong username and password combination. After raising ticket to unlock the access to the link for claim site I got the new link.
It is understandable that there was delay in answering my request because there was a lot of tickets raised and a lot of users that are affected.
