The bankroll doesnt matter. The only thing that matters is what you can do with the bankroll. Start with whatever you are comfortable with and try to do your best. There is no odds restriction either. Regarding the name, you can still vote if you'd like the title to be called "the King of Bitcointalk" I have never heard of the word "Maharaja" actually.
