This is only lame excuse i ever heard. Same like bitcoin, people wanted to buy when it's price was $10k, but what happened when bitcoin was only $10k? No one would buy it. Then they regret now because it's 5x times higher than $10k.
Same goes like BNB, it was only even $15 as you said, even $40 but no one buy it. It was sideways for long time at $40, then once Binance smart Chain popular right now, people start to buy BNB and others just can see the price already too high or expensive for them
