Re: How do you handle stress?

Stress is something everyone go through and always a difficult moment. We get stressed in the office when our Seniors are hounding us because of late resumption to work. Stress can also result from debt and not being able to pay bills.

 Basically Stress is normal to human. One can get motivated and determined to achieve a specific goal under stress . Stress if not well handled  it becomes long-term, and at these point can seriously cause damage to life and properties. Literally there are  different  factors that triggers stress, example is working under an uncomfortable condition and not being happy with your job. Stress can cause depression, inferiority and even discrimination especially if the person is being harassed or abused in any way.

Stress is almost inevitable to humans as we don’t get tire of working, pursuing goals and discharging our daily activities. So here is the question, HOW DO YOU HANDLE STRESS?


Like you said, there are many sources for stress. Even if we are happy with our jobs, we can bother ourselves for a totally different thing. When I am in such a psychological condition, the most helpful thing for me is doing some activities that I like to do much (e.g. my hobbies). It really relieves me and helps me get away from the thing that bores me.
