What life is always invisible is our depression, but we can always resolve it without worry. The most important thing is that you have to be full of faith in life and believe that you can control it. There are many ways to relieve; it is the greatest encouragement to make yourself happy. You can: 1) read your favorite books and 2) listen to a few songs that can make you feel happy. In short, don't think about it or take it too seriously.
