when I try to use ledger live app and connect my ledger nano s device to the computer, its get fail and genuine check doesn't pass.
I bought my device 2 years ago and there was no genuine check in wallet application at that time. I have some bitcoin on this wallet and I am not sure is my device genuine or not ? is it possible that my wallet has been compromised?
First thing is first, if you know any address that has balance in it then using the explorer check if it still has the balance. A device can be faulty, and I guess if it was faulty then it will fail the genuine check stage.
I hope you have the seed and the pin written on a paper or anywhere. If nothing works then order a new one from the official Ledger site and try to restore the wallet using the same seed and pin.
