1. Self-adjustment, don’t get overstocked into illness and fatigue, learn to be humorous, let yourself laugh often and forget about unhappy things. 2. Efforts to cultivate your own interest can participate in outdoor sports3. Make friends to improve yourself, find someone who pushes your heart to relax and say that you can reduce the stress in your heart.
