If I am the developer of Ripple I want the case over as soon as possible, it's a hanging Damocles on their project that they want to put out, any long term plans are on hold because of the possibility of a derail, or stoppage of the whole operation plus a huge fine in case the court hold Ripple violating a lot of rules, of course, they want to put the mind of investors at ease and they want to get listed again, they've reached the number two position once and they want to get in contention again.
