Can someone please explain three aspects
1) what happen at Snapshot ?
2) what happen between snapshot and launch at 15 Match?
3) what mean Block Height: 3,105,500?

Snapshot height 3,105,500 is the block height when the snapshot is taken, your XEM balance will be recorded on the blockchain. The equivalent amount of XYM will be airdropped into your XYM wallet or on Exchanges supporting snapshot.
